hi, I am filling out a cash surrender request form, it needs my signature, print name/title. What does the Title mean here?

Title stands for your car's ownership (title). Is it in your name or your car has a lien holder? You'll have to write the name of the title holder in the box meant for title.

If you have purchased the car without financing in hard cash then the title would be on your name... whereas if you have financed the car from any financial institution then that financial institution's name will be displayed in the title of the car.
