What should I do?

I have been in a law suit with my old insurance company for 3 years now. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver going 60 miles an hour and his insurance company paid me with no problem. My old company will NOT pay, though. My lawyer has given them everything they need to pay the claim, but they just keep saying they're investigating it. There's nothing to investigate! I was hit hard and now my back is messed up. Can I sue them any further? Should I switch attorneys? I don't know what to do.

You mean like twice... for the same reason? No.

Should I switch attorneys?

If you do I'm sure your current attorney will place a lien on any settlement you receive.

Lawsuits take time. I'd recommend speaking to your attorney to find out the status and a time line on your suit. You are paying 40% of your settlement plus costs to your attorney... he should be giving you answers to your questions.
