My name is Andrea. I live in Atlanta Georgia. I am having the same issue as the previous person about having my car stolen. It has been 2 months to this day and my insurance person claims he is on vacation on trial he is too busy havent had the time to look at my paper work. My vehicle was stolen from my home and the engine was damaged while in the thiefs posession. I want to file a claim also against my insurance company. I have looked for websites and dont know where to file for the state of Georgia. Can someone please guide me in the right direction. Enough is enough, Andrea

What is the name of your insurance company? Do you have comprehensive coverage on your car? If your insurance agent is too busy to help you, you need a new agent.

File it with the State's Department of Insurance. Tcope provided you with the link above. Try calling your insurance company directly rather than contacting your agent.
