I have both comprehensive and collision coverage on my car. During a hurricane my car got damaged by debris. I know its not totaled. Will my insurance cover it?

Your car will stand covered for damages caused by any natural disaster including but not limited to hurricanes, fires, flood etc. if you have a comprehensive coverage.
Not just natural disasters, it also covers vandalism, theft and bizarre incidents such as damages from animals. However, it must be noted that residents residing in the areas prone to natural disasters such as Florida will find insurance companies charging higher rates.
