We carry insurance on a vehicle my 20 year old son drives. If his license is suspended for not paying a ticket but he drives will our insurance cover in case of accident?

It could. Why would you let him drive with a suspended license? Tell him to go pay the ticket and get his license reinstated is the first thing you should be worried about. Then you won;t have to worry about him going to jail for driving on a suspended license.

Depends on the wording of the policy and the exclusions which are listed.
