I'm sorry. I guess I put the question in the topic line. DOH!
I'm emerging from bankruptcy and need to obtain E & O insurance. My current carrier will not renew on that basis.
Is there a source that will accept someone with the scarlet letter B? I need health and life.

Your best bet is to go through a local agent who will know. There are carriers out there that will write higher risk (Excess and Surplus lines carriers)
