I lost control of motocycle hit gard rale and edjected passanger 100' then motocycle contuned down road with me on it untill it hit a rock an ejceted me 200' I was in hospital 2wks she is still in rehab for her injuries. This happned newyears day in CT. No other vehicles were involved. As i mentoned above can she sew me? Attach my pay when I get back to work? make me cash in my 401k only 6,000? Sell vehicles 1998 truc and 1987 truck? What should I do?

Yes she can sue you and if she obtains an attorney, the attorney _will_ go after you. Why do you ask about wage... did you have insurance at the time?
How they can collect a judgement depends on the state you live in. Some will allow a person's wages to be garnish, some may not. I doubt they can take a 401k. They could attach a lien on those vehicles.
You should report the information to your insurance company and let them address the issue.
