i had my daughter reg my two cars at mcgees auto reg they some how put it in her name its my car i insured it had a theft can they not pay loss do to it not reg to me

I don't know what a "mcgees auto reg" is... are you saying that the car is _registered_ to her? Who is the owner? That is the important part. A vehicle has a tag on it that is registered to someone and it has a title that shows who owns it.
