Dear Sir,
We are crew manning agent in Myanmar. At present, our owner need to apply MLC-2006. As such owner want to take insurance policy for Myanmar Seafarer but we did not have this kind of agent in Myanmar.
They said that Philipino Agents who supply crew to other companies have a scheme of insurance policy for seafarers for 75/- each as it is mandatory for all seafarers to be in possession of this policy prior to their departure Philippines.
Please kindly advise how to make same action for Myanmar Seafarers.
