Hi all, really need advice. Upto 5yrs ago i had full no claims, i then went onto black cab block insurance,ive recently bought a private car to run around in. I rang insurance company i was with but there saying my no claims have lapsed and i have to start all over again with no ncd, is this true.....Thanks.

If your policy has lapsed, the insurer is probably not going to allow discounts any further.

Is it true that they said this? Who knows but you. Is it correct what they said? Don't know as what you posted makes little to no sense.
