I recently damaged my truck by dropping my 5th wheel on the bed of it, causing moderate amount of damage to the bed and tail gate. Im not working and cant afford my deductible right now. Is there a way to opt to get settlement now and fix it when I return back to work and have money?

Your insurance company will pay you, less your deductible. If you have a lien, the lien holder will be put on the check as well and will need to sign the check once the repairs are done. You don't need to have it repaired right away. If you have a lien, you won't be able to use the check for anything else.
