My floor just started to buckle and we have no idea why. Called insurance, they looked and says it might be from small leak in the toliet that leaks under the floor and has caused the problem. They a couple of days ago I have a big crack in tub. Tub is only couple years old. Insurance says it want pay unless it was sudden event or something like that...

Is there a question? So far everything looks to b correct. Your policy (homeowners, not auto where this was posted) is only going to consider sudden and accidental losses. Non-sudden is more of a maintenance issue which is normal wear and tear.
