I was hit by someone w/the same insurance (state farm, but different agents). She was 100% at fault. They paid for my car, but I was injured w/a break in George's line at C4-5 in my neck. They do not want to pay me anything for my injury which is permanent. My insurance co was never involved because her agent paid for everything. Should I get my agent involved now?

This give a little more info then your other post. Is this a case where there was minor damage to your vehicle and the agent had authority to issue payment on the property damage without an adjuster being involved? I'm not sure how State Farm operates. If this is the case, you need to call the State Farm claims office and let them know there are injuries involved in the accident.
