What is birthday insurance? Couldn't find enough information about it.
Is there any age limitation till which you can buy such a policy?

Birthday insurance is bought by the grandparents for their grandchildren. It pays a specific amount each year on the grandchild's birthday, in the form of a gift check. It might be accompanied with card or flowers as specified in the policy.
Such a policy is intended to act as a sign of remembrance - so that the grandchild will be reminded of the grandparents after they have passed away. Works like a legacy indirectly.
