I got into an accident two days back. Minor injuries but I think I might have a whiplash. It was the other party's fault. Do I claim against the PIP or for pain and suffering? help!

If your state has PIP, both. Your PIP would address your medical expenses and possibly loss wages to a certain extent. The other persons carrier would address anything PIP did not pay and also your pain and suffering. In some states they also need to pay back your PIP carrier.
