I am on my roommates car insurance and had an accident involving only me, can I sue for pain and suffering before she signs any papers? Wee are under progressive.

Seriously... _you_ cause yourself harm and you want to sue someone else? Sad state of affairs. I poked myself in the eye yesterday with my finger. I think I'll sue my neighbor. :roll:

What pain and suffering? That of your roommate whose car you wrecked. Be glad if she doesn't sue you for the portion of her loss her insurance will not pay for. I would encourage her to sue you.

I think you should sue Obama for not giving you a free pair of glasses that would have prevented your injury. He gives out free cell phones . . . certainly the glasses would cost less than that.
