A criminal record doesn't mean that you'll get disqualified immediately when applying for an adjuster license.
Every state has its own laws and every company has its own set of rules. You'll have to disclose all the details when you apply, and they usually conduct a thorough background check.
Though it might be a long time back, a DUI charge is not very helpful. Contact your State Department of Insurance for details.

NO, in all probability.

It depends. The DUI won't matter.

You have to submit a detailed statement with your application and a certified copy of the court records about the final judgement on the case. How long ago was the drug charge and what was it for? You don't have to answer on this forum but if you're working for a company and want to be an adjuster you might want to discuss this with the person/dept responsible for dealing with licensing.

Here is a copy of the application so you can see the questions asked:

A misdemeanor drug offense, by itself, is unlikely to prevent being licensed under any of the prohibitions mentioned in KRS 304.9-440 http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/krs/304-09/440.pdf . The closest it comes is being a crime of moral turpitude, and that's normally understood to be something different.

Just don't fail to answer YES to question 1, and provide all the court documents necessary.
