My insurance company is saying that they cant drop a suspended driver from my policy because of oregon law prevents them. If true can you me the exact law and when it was enacted.

Rather then ask us, what about asking your carrier to give you the information on the law and then you can look it up on the Internet.

Just because someone's driving privilege has been suspended doesn't mean they won't still drive. You should be thankful for the law that keeps this person on your policy. Maybe InsTeacher will chime in here with the specifics of Oregon law. But, it should be easy enough for you to look it up on your own.
