I am the lien holder on a truck that i sold. The man never payed for the truck so i have it back but the title is in his name but im listed as the lien holder can i sell the truck to somene else

Where is this query related to insurance anyway?
Before you sell, the title holder's name need to be changed. Do you have all the documents as proof?

As was pointed out, this is not an insurance matter. As the lienholder, you have title to the vehicle, and may resell it to anyone of your choosing. You are responsible for delivering an unencumbered title to the vehicle to the new owner if selling it without also financing it.
