July 9th, while driving the 40mpg posted speed limit was saw a mini van pull into my lane attempting a left turn across traffic. I immediately hit the brakes and slid into his front quarter panel on the passenger side of the vehicle. My air bags deployed. My car was totaled and I was paid out for the vehicle.

I was offered 1k for bruises and burns from seat belt and whiplash, which I refused to because 3days after the accident I started getting daily headaches and pain in my foot and leg whenever I walked. Immediately I went to the Dr and we discovered whiplash and a pulled muscle that goes from the arch of my foot to my knee. I was 21 when the accident happened. Since the accident, I've has physical therapy for 3 months, 2 prescription muscle relaxers, 1pain killer, 2 months of chiropractic visits as well as a few visits to a neurologist. The neurologist came into the picture because of a scary visit to ER when half my face went numb during an unusual headache. The Er Dr said it was definitely because of the accident. I missed quite a bit of work because of Dr's visits and actually lost my job because of the Er visit.
I worked for a temp agency and the employer said "she's not abe to be here for the 40 hours we need her because of dr's visits and now the er" I sincerely visiting the chiropractor I've started to feel much much better. :) Throughout all this I have 12k in medical bills. I was paid 12$ an hour full time & missed 4days of work.

I know that this is only an estimate, specially because there's so many variables. But I'd like to know what the possible low end of the settlement and the high end? There is a lawyer involved now. Additionally, the driver of the other car is considered to be 85% at fault because the cars that blocked his view, blocked my view of him too.

Too late. All of your questions need to go to your attorney, not us. You will give the attorney 30%-40% of whatever your settlement is, so make him earn it by answering your questions.
