Is it possible to list a driver under an auto insurance policy if he had been excluded before? Or is exclusion irrevocable?

Yes an excluded driver can be listed in an auto insurance policy as a driver. However, the policy holder should provide the insurer with a valid driving license and driving record of the driver.

As soon as the reason for exclusion or the associated risk is removed, it's possible to reinstate the excluded driver in the same policy. The decision however rests with the insurer whether or not he's to be allowed.
