You are suing a company for in excess of their policy limits, you have $120,000 in medical expenses and you don't have an attorney?

In some cases the rental company is not going to have liability. This is why they only carry the minimum limits required by law in order to register the vehicle.

If the car rental agency is not the at-fault party, you are probably suing the wrong party.
