Hi,
I sent my demand package to the at-fault drivers insurance back in May and i'm still waiting for an offer from them based on the demand.
How long does this take usually? :?

It really should not be longer then 30 days. Have you called an asked about the status?

i tried to call but the adjuster is heard to reach.
Maybe theyre playing games?

Doubt it... there is really no game to play. If you don't hear back from the adjuster in 2 days, call the person's supervisor. Don't hear back from that person in 2 days, call that person's boss.

Well, then it's probably been more than 45 days since then. Most states have laws that require an insurance company to respond to you within 15 to 45 days after you file a claim. If you haven't heard by now, in addition to following tcope's advice concerning who to call, you should also file a formal complaint with your state's Dept of Insurance.Posted: Mon Jul 15, 2013 08:15 am Post Subject:
