They won't remove Honda's name if Honda is a lien holder on the vehicle. Sorry, you will need to spend that money to get the vehicle repaired.

Your policy contract ( varies by state where its located in the policy ) says that if you have a listed Lien-holder on your policy we have a contractual duty to protect the Lien-holders interest in the automobile that's why you have a 2 party check and they will not issue payment solely to you unless you can produce a free and clear title
