Agents!!! did you hear this??

Hi all my fellow agents. I have come across a news from Cigna that from now onwards agents will be able to individual health insurance plans only during open enrollment period. However, there are some exception to this directive and that is, we, agents can sell it in case of major life events like birth, marriage, etc.

My question: Did you all hear anything similar about selling individual health insurance policies?
