USAA denied auto claim

We have been denied an auto claim because we also with it listed in the accident prior damages to make it a one stop fix but my insurance company denied it. It took over 2 months to get denied. First I got an adjustment from my personal adjuster and USAA said they'll send out their personal adjuster because the price of fixing my vehicle seemed a little too high. The USAA adjuster then told me they can only cover the back damages so he only did the adjustment for that so they made a direct deposit. But after we called about our deductible that was supposed to be lower than the paper copy we received from USAA adjuster differed from our knowledge and consent. We were told to make a recorded statement stating we never changed it. Then suddenly they cancelled our deposit then it went to further investigation for a long while hard to reach a representative. So I had to contact sups then finally after weeks we got denied because we where trying to claim prior damages but never got answers to what happened to our deductible case. And lastly they are still wanting to cover our prior damages. What can I do please help I'm very stressed out about this situation and need advice. Your advice is greatly appreciated and hopefully helpful.
