Liberty Mutual (the insurance company of the other, at fault driver) has declared my 2008 Prius 50K miles a total loss.
They've given me comps in the 82-160K miles and are using a mileage adjustment of 2.5 cents per mile.
How is this mileage adjustment determined? It seems ridiculously low.
