My parked car, engine off, was hit by shopping cart in store parking lot due to high wind that day. Is store responsible, and is claim comp or collision?

The loss is covered by COMPREHENSIVE. The store is probably NOT responsible, unless you can prove they deliberately failed to corral their carts.
