A tihrd party caused an auto accident wtih damage to my car. Their insurance accepted full responsibilty. for the sake of time, I settled on my insurance and my insurance company is in subrigation with the other parties insurance company. My insurance company has already returned my deuctable to me. There are problems with the subrigation. Can my insurance company demand that I pay my deuctable back to them?

They can demand but I see no legal reason you'd need to return it. It was paid freely by them and I don't see how they could claim it was a mistake. As there was no deception on your part I don't see why they would even be asking for it back. At some point that money becomes yours. If no fraud involved or mistake on their end then I'd say it's not yours.
