If you have been charged with feloniously conspire with someone else to deliver a controlled substance-Oxymorphone ( pain pill) can you still renew your insurance license in the state of NC

Charged is not the same as convicted. Most states, however, require that you notify the regulator of pending criminal charges, because a conviction could be grounds to suspend or revoke the license.
