Go to the State Insurance Website, and do a look up feature and you can get every Agent selling whatever line of Insurance you want! Contact them freely as the DNC list doesn't applied to businesses.

I think commercial insurance is one of those areas that has not been been promoted or marketed much online. I think the only online directory of commercial insurance agents is InsureMyWork.com
I would look up Chamber of Commerce websites and Small Business Association websites as insurance companies that offer Commercial insurance in general or commercial insurance for small businesses will get listed or become members there.
