Like what's a Temporary, Permanent Mta ? Different Types of Covers for a Building and Motor.

Mid term adjustment is all about alterations done to a particular insurance policy with respect to the premium.This procedure may may involve an increase or decrease in premiums. Hi,
Regarding a Temporary MTA, Is it true that if there exists a future MTA then the Policy is locked for any future changes ?
Any idea What the correct situation when the policy is locked ?
