Difference between Co-insurance and Co-payment ?

These are usually a very minimal amount, my copay on medicines and doctors visits is $20 but when I had a major surgery my copay to the hospital was on $14, don't know why, I pay what I get billed and only question it if there is reason too.	goodnatured Senior member Joined: 04 Nov 2007 Posts: 1212 0.07 Dollars($)
