My car my totaled by a recycling truck almost a month ago. The insurane ajuster has the title and car. I haven't received the check and am still driving a rental. How long does it take?

Once you send then the property completed title and they have the car, they should issue the check within a few days. Especially if you still have the rental (which usually is only paid for for a few days after the total loss offer is made) you should call and speak to the adjuster asap.

unless the rental you're driving is a lot nicer than your (now totaled) vehicle!!! Laughing Wink Just kidding...someone has definately 'feel asleep' at the wheel here, and will probably be in a heap of trouble for having you in the rental this long...have they even made an offer of settlement?
