u must be having some agent who is doing all this for u ......... ask him.............and in case u r doing it yourself then theres no harm in submitting a new application form......... my suggestion is start it all over again ... but this time have an agent who is working directly for the company......they know how to handle these cases..

how long exactly have it been since you submitted the documents? did you submit them by mail? it could take some time for the documents to reach the company.

super agent answered it well. if you have an agent who's helping you with the procedures, call him and ask about the submission of the relevant documents. if you're doing it on your own, then get the documents again and do another submission.

It could take a while for the mail to get to the company office. This could take several days to a couple of weeks depending on the situation. Also the processing of the papers themselves by the company can take some time as well. This process could take a days (if not a month or more) for the paper work to show up in a system. Also if you were not talking to the exact person that is handling your forms they may have no idea where in the process the papers are. There are a lot of issues, most small like the person handling your paperwork is off for a couple of days that could delay the process.

Well i think there must be some delay that has caused this.I too faced same problem once and after that i got to know that there are many levels through which the letter pass to main office.I hope it is the delay by the intermediate person who has been making this happen. You will get the benifit soon from the company just make them another call after some days.
