settled a lawsuit in 2005 and won. failure to diagnois a brain tumor in a timely manner. my union plan payed all hospital bills. it is a erisa self funded plan.i am severly dis abled and not made whole. it has been over 4 years since i received the settlement money no one has ever come forward for re imbursement of the hospital bills. is there a statue of limitations for the insurance carrier to make a claim on me
