can someone sue me if I was at fault during a car accident?

Posted: Wed Jul 29, 2009 12:35 pm   Post subject: can someone sue me if I was at fault during a car accident?   I am a 21 year old from michigan. I was trying to make a left turn but was getting my vision blocked by some tall weeds. i pulled out and got hit by a large suburban. the ticket said failure to yeild causing an accident and apparently there were injuries. the officer that wrote the report even mentioned due to budget cuts the township hadnt cut the weeds. what should I do at this point? MI is a no-fault state for property damage.
