| I work for the Forest Service and I sprained my ankle on the job causing me to get compartment syndrome. I had two surgeries on my leg and I can not feel that part of my leg and an inch around the surgery area. I had dead muscle and tissue removed from my leg and it can be painful at times if I stand or walk on it to long. Everything is being paid for of course. But I am wondering if I am going to receive a settlement for leg? I have been hearing I will be receiving one but I am still not sure. Will I be receiving one for perminant damage to my leg? And if so how much will it be? |
