Should I pay a deductible every time I have a claim

If I have paid a deductible once this year on my home owners policy should I pay another if I have another claim to file. how often should I have to pay a deductible?

You pay a deductible for each "occurrence". Each time you suffer a separate loss, the claim is paid less the deductible amount.

You pay it for each occurrence, since the insurance carrier is also bound to share your loss for each occurrence. You both share an agreement right from the beginning..remember?
