Posted: Fri Aug 07, 2009 5:14 pm   Post subject: We had an acident and the other driver hit us   We had an acident and the other driver hit us in the rear and my brother ended up sueing my insurance comapny under the uninsured/underinsured and I was told that Pa law states the my insurance company can not raise my premium due to this is this correct ?
