BRICKS FROM NEIGHBORS HOUSE FELL ONTO MY HOUSE AND BROKE TWO WINDOWS AND DAMAGED TO SIDING.ETC.SHOULDNT THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES?NOTHING HAPPENED TO THEIR HOUSE.I HAVE TO PAY EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG? PLEASE HELP ME.I LIVE IN KENTUCKY

Yup, we need to know what happened in order to comment on it.
Its unfortunate that you had to pay for the damages but in order to collect against your neighbour's policy you need to prove their negligence.
Please help us with more information.
