He has a terrible scar on his right cheek and his lip. we went to our insurance company and they said we could only receive 25,000 but we have 3 cars insured and uninsured motorist coverage 1st vehicle 25,000 each person, 50,000 each occurrence and all subsequent vehicles 25,000 each person,50,000 each occurrence. Apparently your state does not allow STACKING of UM or UIM coverages, most states do not...So he can only receive (at the most) the limit of one policy...the 25k is PER person...50k PER accident..so 25k is all he is eligible to receive.....sorry

Before even attempting to give you an answer, I'll ask 2 questions: 1.) Was the other driver uninsured/underinsured? 2.) What is your First Party Benefits (Medical) Limit?
