Posted: Mon Aug 17, 2009 11:43 pm   Post subject:    Call your state department of insurance or go online and find out what the unfair claims practices act deem is a reasonable or required period of time that they must give you written notice for time to investigate your claim. Most likely they have a certain amount of time and if they need more they must notify you in writing in most cases. _________________ If you can't find the time to do it right, how will you ever find the time to do it over.
