It's been 46 days how long till settlement offer trailer stolen not recovered, claim lady waiting for copy of investigators report. Today she told me not to call again if they have info they will call me. Now their pissed at me

Call your state department of insurance or go online and find out what the unfair claims practices act deem is a reasonable or required period of time that they must give you written notice for time to investigate your claim. Most likely they have a certain amount of time and if they need more they must notify you in writing in most cases.
