| Was he police called? Is there a police report,etc? Witnesses? If there is, then the report would have the date the accident happened. Or, the OTHER driver would, of course, know what date it happend. If the 'colleague' try to file the claim, and say it happened on a different day, then that's filing a FALSE report (my '2 cents', anyway). I really think, sooner or later, someone would find out. ESPECIALLY, if the OTHER driver tries to put a claim onto the 'colleague's' Insurance. |
