| i bought another car and transfered the insurance to the new one and was trying to sell the old one. the day in question the new car would not start(bad starter) so i had to be at work and took the old car and on the way home while making a right turn noto my drive way this guy hits the rear passinger door of my car. now i used my turn signal and the brake lights work fine.the guy just didnt stop.the turn signal was still blinking when the officer came.the officer said i may have crossed the yellow line but im sure i didnt but he said that still gives the other driver no right to try and pass on the right side .the road is one lane both ways.even saying that the cop said he will let the insurances argue it out.im like wtf he hit me i cant hit him with the side of my car.what do i do get a lawyer to talk to his insurance for me ?im not worried about my car just dont want to have to pay anything to him he hit me! i live in ohio what do i do |
