we have to bid on cleaning an office building and wonder what the cost would be, for under 3 employees

You will need to contact a few carriers and get quotes it varies from carrier to carrier.

I haven't been bonded for well over 25 years..so things might've changed. I'd say you probably cannot get bonded if you have really bad credit
