A week later I received another check for same amount made out to me and the Collision center. Do I give the Collision Center the one from the Corp office of the insurance company or the one from the adjuster? What do I do with the other?Do I deposit both and pay the Collision Center directly? Posted: Thu Aug 27, 2009 12:19 am   Post subject:    Since both checks have the collision centers name on them they would need to endorse the checks in order for you to cash them. I don't know if they are going to be willing to sign both checks. Also, it sounds like a 2nd check was generated by mistake.
