he got hit by his cousin which was texting on the phone and drinking the mom sued but i was wondering can i on the behalf of my 3yr old

My friend, I'm sure we'd need a bit more information regarding what you've mentioned above. I guess you've stated that his mom sued the drunk driver. So, you already have an attorney involved in the process..am I right? Did you have a word with the attorney as yet? Did you have a word with his insurance agent?
