| I live in louisville ky I was in a car wreck and my car was totalled me and my 4 kids sustained soft tissue injurys there ages range from 4yrs,6yrs,15yrs and 17yrs old. the driver that hit us was drunk and ran a red light he was deemed at fault and since this was his third dui he is facing jail time. Fortunately, for us he has insurance what should i expect as a reasonable offer for pain and suffering as the first round offer? telsa.coleman@yahoo.com. |

There is no way to tell without even knowing what those injuries were. If everyone suffered broken arms and legs the settlement would be different then if they had a small cut on their fingers.
It's also not possible to tell what settlement would be fair without knowing all the details of the accident, knowing what type of treatment was sought, reviewing all the medical records of the injured parties, etc. |
